Final Sale
If you have any hesitations prior to purchase on my site, buyers contact me so that you are 100% satisfied with the terms. My originals are handled as custom orders. All of my paintings are unique and spontaneous so there won’t be another exactly like it. Please understand that sales are final. Any shipping issues would be handled separately; artwork is packed with care. On this site you are buying directly from the Artist.
Artwork Links
Note that I regularly use individual checkout links for each painting. This is for my price lists and online marketing. Contact me for the official link to an artwork if you're unable to find a piece that I'm currently promoting online. I can also confirm validity.
Other Purchase Options
You're welcome to shop other pieces from the gallery (HERE) with their own return policy for works in original condition.
International Orders
The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees if applicable. All shipments originate within the United States.
Copyright & Ownership
When you purchase an original painting, the artwork copyright remains exclusively with the Artist. Purchasing the physical original or print products (for personal, non-commercial use) transfers ownership of the object, not the copyright. Any reproduction, modification, generative, commercial, or other use requires explicit written permission.
Any Prints of This Painting?
The print shop (when open/restocked) is HERE. Limited availability for any print products. I rarely offer traditional prints of my paintings. The current prints are selling from my inventory, usually small paper prints from exhibits, marketing, and street shows.
Online Photos
I aim for accuracy with studio or natural lighting. Device colors and settings may vary by user.
Originals on Paper
Archival gallery quality. The texture and paper surfaces may vary if you’re collecting other pieces across my body of work. For paper pieces that are finished with oil paint, the paper has been prepared for mixed media and oil. You would then custom frame a painting on paper based on your décor and aesthetic. There is usually a working border around the image that may have paint or marks; intended to be covered with a picture mat or leave as-is for a natural studio look. The border also sets the composition so that if framed the entire image is accounted for.
Installation
Since 2023 all new works are on paper and sold unframed. Also, most of my available paintings on canvas are unstretched and need to be framed. Other canvas works are standard construction, wired on the back, ready to hang as noted in the descriptions. To display them, based on the weight I have used a simple straight nail or picture hook made for drywall. You can also find an art installation company or custom frame shop near you for large size or complex arrangements and questions specific to your wall space.
